Prices, Terms, and Conditions of Sale

General

Prices and discounts are subject to change without notice from Diemold Service Company (Canada) Limited (herein known as DMS).

Credit Terms

A completed credit application will be processed within 2 working days. Credit extended is at the discretion of our credit department and may be adjusted periodically upon relevant credit history.

Standard terms are “net 30 days”. Other payment options are prepayment, credit card, EFT, ACH or C.O.D. Special terms may apply to particular products or types of orders and terms must be agreed to and specified in writing.

Any reasonable costs incurred by DMS to collect overdue accounts will be billed and due upon receipt. These can include NSF charges, collection or legal fees.

Delivery

Shipments are routed via DMS choice of courier although specific carriers can be used at customer’s request and expense. Any time or date quoted for delivery is an estimate only and the company shall not be liable for any failure to meet any such time estimate, nor for any loss resulting directly or indirectly therefrom.

We cannot be held responsible for transportation charges, damage or delays caused by carriers during transport. F.O.B. shipping point, prepaid & charge.

Claims and Returns

Claims and notice of shipping errors must be made within 5 days of receipt of shipment.

Product may not be returned without prior approval of DMS. A return number issued by DMS must accompany all returns. All items are subject to inspection by a representative of DMS before credit is issued.
Service charges of a minimum of 15% will be made on all returned goods, subject to inspection and approval of the return.

Sorry, but ALL custom-made parts are not returnable.

All charges relating to the return of the product are the responsibility of the customer.

Warranty and Liabilities

All products are warranted to be within the specifications listed in this catalog and will be accepted for credit or replacement only should any significant deviations exist. Liability shall be limited exclusively to replacement or credit of items sold. DMS shall not be held liable for any incidental, consequential or special damages of any kind.

DMS reserves the right to delete, make improvements or modifications to all products sold by DMS without incurring any liability to incorporate these changes in any part.

While every effort is made to ensure that all specifications and dimensions listed in this catalog are correct, DMS does not guarantee the accuracy or correctness of such information. The design guidelines and drawings are believed to be reliable but are for reference only. Due to the wide variety of designs, applications, molding conditions and possible uses by our customers, no warranties are expressed or implied.
