Return Policy

Product may not be returned without prior approval. A return number will be issued on approved returns and must accompany all returns. There will be no re-stocking charges on certain standard catalog components returned within 30 days of purchase. Service charges of a minimum 10% will otherwise be made on all returned goods. All custom made and special parts are not returnable.   Claims and notice of shipping errors must be made within 5 days of receipt of shipment.
